I run CicadaWorks as a full-stack growth operation. Not an agency model, not a narrow freelancer. One person across brand, performance marketing, copywriting, funnels, email, SEO, CRO, UI/UX, and engineering. Everything connected, nothing delegated unless I choose to.
I started in 2014 with brand and design. Over the next eleven years I moved through fintech, healthcare, consumer brands, hospitality, government, and professional services. Every engagement taught me something I could not have learned any other way.
The result is someone who can walk into any stage of a business: at launch, at a growth plateau, or when something is broken, and build what it actually needs. Brand and performance. Creative and technical. Strategy and execution. Connected, not handed off. That person is Rob.

Eleven years of building.
Started with design in 2014. Grew through every discipline. Built companies, led teams, launched brands, and shipped systems. The depth comes from doing every role before managing it.
Started with visual identity and graphic design projects for local businesses and organisations in Albania. First logo systems, print materials, and brand guidelines.
Moved into web and digital. First website builds, social media creative, and digital campaigns. Started understanding how brand translates across screens.
Ran first paid social campaigns and content strategies for clients across consumer and hospitality sectors. Started connecting design output to commercial results.
Joined a regulated CFD broker as a graphic designer. Learned the market from the inside: compliance constraints, multilingual audiences, and performance targets under regulatory scrutiny.
Took ownership of online marketing at a CFD broker. Running paid campaigns, SEO, email, and affiliate programs across European and MENA markets simultaneously.
Managed acquisition across multiple financial companies in Romania, Bulgaria, and the UK. First exposure to multi-jurisdiction compliance and cross-border campaign architecture.
Co-founded a full-service digital agency. Delivered brand, web, and marketing work for clients in consumer goods, government, FMCG, hospitality, and professional services.
Launched an independent creative studio under the VOID. brand. Built a client base spanning Tirana Beer, Enchanté Resort, Forma Architecture, Prime Agency, Rodos Restaurant, Upgrade Careers, and others.
Became Head of Marketing at a multi-regulated CFD broker, 24markets.com,operating across 7 languages and multiple jurisdictions. Built the full marketing infrastructure, managed the team, and ran acquisition across paid, content, email, and CRM.
Built cross-border patient acquisition campaigns for Health Medical Center, targeting Italian-speaking patients via WhatsApp funnels. Simultaneously developed the internal operations platform on Cloudflare for intake and documentation.
Relocated to the Alps at the foot of Monte Bianco. Continued working remotely across fintech and healthcare clients while consolidating everything into CicadaWorks.
Officially launched CicadaWorks as the consolidated identity for all consulting and operator work. One operation covering brand, marketing, product, and engineering, built for companies that need the full picture.
